Changes were Made
Art is for people to express themselves. Visiting the U.S. in 2004 represented a big turning point in my life, not only because it was a transition from Asia to America, but also a change from information technology to art and social science. This would be a fantastically exciting experience. I looked forward to knowing what my heart would lead me to.
Now and Then
Currently this Journal will introduce art work from my observations in Dallas Fort Worth. I wish I can go back to Asia and figure out the position and specialty of the art there. Then, finally, I will conclude with some of my Art work. This would be also a journey to find the art hiding deeply in my soul.
Tasks and Targets
- Understanding the history and current status of art
- Comparing the differences between Asia and the west
- Practicing and expressing my own thoughts in some kind of art form
- Introducing Asian Art to the U.S. if it is meaningful
